- Delivery within India typically takes 10–15 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
- International orders generally arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on courier schedules and destination.
- Orders are delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or phone. If you do not receive them, please reach out with your Order ID.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- All products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order and only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and your Order ID.
- For such cases, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. A replacement will only be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.
