Orders from Ananda Dhwani are shipped from our facility in India via trusted courier partners. Please keep the following in mind:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless noted otherwise for handcrafted or made-to-order items.
• Delivery within India typically takes 10–15 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
• International orders generally arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on courier schedules and destination.
• Orders are delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or phone. If you do not receive them, please reach out with your Order ID.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ananda Dhwani, every product is crafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items:

• All products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order and only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and your Order ID.
• For such cases, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. A replacement will only be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.
